Amestella Streaming & Content Guidelines
Effective Date: July 6, 2026 (Revised: July 9, 2026)
Grosbeak Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") establishes the following guidelines ("Guidelines") for streaming and posting videos and still images captured from the Amestella app ("the App"), as a means for users to share their experience. As long as you comply with these Guidelines, we will not enforce our copyright in the App's content, whether you are an individual or an organization, and whether your use is commercial or non-commercial.
1. Scope
These Guidelines apply to the Amestella fortune-telling entertainment application provided by us.
2. Permitted Use
- You may post videos or still images captured from the App's screen to video-sharing sites, social networks, and live-streaming services (such as YouTube, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, Twitch, and OPENREC.tv).
- Your posts must include your own creative contribution, such as commentary, narration, or explanation. Posts consisting of unedited captured footage, reposts of content posted by others, or content whose main purpose is the passive viewing of visuals or music are outside the scope of these Guidelines (except for short videos of approximately 2 minutes 30 seconds or less).
3. Monetization
- Monetization is permitted only through the official monetization programs provided by each platform (for example, the YouTube Partner Program, Twitch Affiliate/Partner Program, and TikTok LIVE Gifting).
- Monetization by any other means, and the sale or paid distribution of the App's content itself, is not permitted.
4. Amestella-Specific Requirements (Important)
Because the App is a fortune-telling app that handles sensitive information and content owned by third parties, please observe the following:
- Protection of personal information: You are free to stream or post readings about yourself. However, you must not display or disclose another person's date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, location, name, or other personally identifiable information without that person's consent (including where such information is involved in compatibility readings).
- Music (BGM): You may stream, post, and monetize content that includes the App's background music. In rare cases, an automated claim may be raised by YouTube's Content ID system; such claims are generally released when the poster files a dispute. The occurrence and release of Content ID claims are functions of each platform, and neither we nor the music provider can fully control them. We accept no responsibility for any dispute or disadvantage arising therefrom.
- Entertainment purpose: The App's fortune results are provided for entertainment purposes. Please do not distribute fortune results in a way that could be misunderstood as definitive predictions or fact.
5. Prohibited Content
We may take legal measures, including requesting the removal of a post, against any post that falls under, or is likely to fall under, any of the following:
- Does not comply with these Guidelines or the App's Terms of Service
- Creates the impression that it was posted by us or our affiliates, or that it is sponsored by or affiliated with us
- Constitutes or promotes crime, antisocial activity, or any other violation of law
- Infringes the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy, reputation, or other rights of others or of us
- Involves unauthorized access, the use of cheat tools, external tools, or modified devices, or the use of improperly obtained accounts, or promotes any of the foregoing
- Damages the image or reputation of the App, us, or our affiliates
- Primarily promotes third-party products or services, except where separately authorized by us
- Is contrary to public order and morals
- Is otherwise deemed inappropriate by us
6. Derivative Works
You may post derivative works you create based on videos or still images captured from the App, within the scope permitted by applicable law.
7. Inquiries and Disclaimer
As a general rule, we are unable to respond to individual inquiries regarding these Guidelines or to inquiries regarding the licensing of videos or still images. Thank you for your understanding.
8. Changes to These Guidelines
These Guidelines may be changed or updated from time to time. Please review the latest version of these Guidelines before posting.
